Full length raw materials: If you prefer to do it yourself we give you that option as well! Full length materials are available for any profile size and in any quantity in either anodized or mill finish. Check with us for shipping information.

Assembly Services: If you are looking for an installation ready solution we offer professional assembly services as well. Our seasoned 80/20 experts can build a finished product, or sub assemblies for you to install on site, in a fraction of the time, saving you money and labor.

Custom Machining: If you run across a unique opportunity or have a specific clearance or mounting needs, 80/20 can modify any of the 133 stock profiles, 60 panels options, or 6000 accessories to your exact specifications. 80/20 has 17 State of the art Haas CNC machines to get the job done fast, accurately, and with no minimum order quantities.


With 80/20 if they don’t have it they will make it, if they can’t make it they will get it! Custom Care Packaging: 80/20 goes the extra mile when it comes to delivering you a flawless product. They take the time to de-burr, wash and carefully package every order that leaves their building. 80/20 also offers profile labeling, kit packaging, and blank boxing, free of charge, if you have special delivery requirements.
